On February 11, 2019, on the occasion of the XXVII World Day of the Sick, the Franciscan Friars of the Basilica of Saint Anthony of Padua, Italy, will pray for all those who are suffering or sick. Saint Anthony is the Saint of Miracles, and those who are sick lovingly place their trust in his intercession. If, among your family members or your friends, there is someone who is sick, you may send the Franciscan Friars their names and on the World Day of Prayer for the Sick they will pray for their healing. In the Holy Mass celebrated in the Basilica they will invoke upon the sick the blessings of Saint Anthony and God’s grace. You will be able to follow the 8:15am CET Holy Mass on live streaming.
