Gracious God, You have provided in our world many healing remedies that are for our
benefit when we are sick. In Your great goodness, you have guided the
discovery of medicines that can cure illness, and help our bodies to heal.
God of life, hear my fervent prayer. Through the miraculous intercession of St. Anthony, I ask
your blessings upon the medication prescribed for (mention name) so that they may
experience healing, and be restored to the fullness of health, in both mind and body.
Please remove the sickness from (name), with the assistance of this
medication, so that their recovery may be a cause for our joy, and a special sign of God's love
